Al Cooper
For over 45 years, Capitol City Baptist Church has strived to serve the deaf in the Lansing area. Every week, the deaf meet in their own service geared towards their needs. The deaf department is an important extension of Capitol City Baptist Church and is led by one of our assistant pastors, Al Cooper. Pastor Cooper brings the message to the deaf in sign language.
